So certain individuals leave when situations become tough. Don’t blame them, it’s in their nature to act like that. You have to understand that people are relatively different and will act according to their understanding and feelings. Don’t try so hard to convince anyone that doesn’t want to be in a situation. If they want to go despite the obvious, show them the door.
Find strength to navigate through setbacks. A willingness to make sacrifices for each other should be apparent.
